Day on a Junk

So yesterday went out to Lamma Island on a junk boat with a group of people, some that I work with and some I've never met before. It's essentially a boat full of alcohol and food for 8 hrs.

However thunderstorms tend to create choppy seas, which despite Anti - sickness tablets still left me seasick. Didn't touch any alcohol for the whole day but was very entertained by everyone else being plastered, especially the stupidity of swimming in deep current filled water when you are incapable of even standing. Everyone returned safely, just in case you worried.

Anyway managed to take a few pictures of the coast and ships once we started heading back.

Hope everyone is well.

My flat is hidden up in this district, you can't see though!
Kowloon, and the thunderstorm and pollution that blocks the view of it.

Mum and dad; your hotel is somewhere in those buildings on the far left

  1. Glad you are having fun! Starting year 10 was so weird without you being here and we all miss you so much! Do you have a new tutor group? Are they are brilliant as we were (or should I say entertaining) xxxxx

    1. I'm glad that Year 10 has started well and that you guys are doing well. I have my chopsticks on display in my flat now, will try to remember to send a picture.

I do have a tutor group, they are in Year 10 too and there are 31 of them. But they are like the mirror image of D2 as 10E are mostly girls with only a scattering of boys. They are a lot less loud than you guys, but still quite insane! When I get our tutor photo through I'll put it on here so you can see them :-)
Say hi to everyone and tell them to keep in touch, I'll try to put stuff on here as often as possible but with the protests in HK we've been very busy over here. Hopefully I should pop in to see you all in July.

      Take care.
